Andria DeVoe, LMT, NCTMB
After spending a number of years as a pastry chef, Andie found the
food service industry to be too political and stressful to be part of a
healthy lifestyle. As a nurturing spirit, Andie has always found herself
drawn to the healing power of touch. As part of her commitment to a more
healthy and holistic lifestyle, Andie decided to embrace the nurturer
within and pursue a career in massage therapy. In 2005, upon
completing 624 hours of massage therapy training at the Florida College of
Natural Health, Andie became a nationally certified and licensed massage
therapist. Since then, Andie has explored different massage modalities and has
accumulated over 205 additional hours of training and certification. Her
modalities now include customized, therapeutic Swedish massage, Hot Stone,
Reiki, Raindrop Therapy, Reflexology, Bellanina® Facelift Massage,
Lymphatic Drainage Massage and cold stone facial
therapy. She has received additional training in addressing postural disorders,
lymphatic balancing, "Intentional Touch" and Thai Massage. She is a member of
Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), and The American Massage
Therapy Association. Andie has now embraced the all-inclusive nature of a
holistic lifestyle and is excited to share it with others who are interested.
Andie firmly believes in, and has witnessed first-hand, the power of touch and
the necessity of incorporating regular relaxation and therapeutic massage into a
busy and stressful life. As a result, she continues to find herself drawn to all
aspects of healthy and happy living and hopes to both learn from and inspire
others to do the same.
